Staff was very skilled, pleasant and useful in answering our questions concerning nearby buying, eating and airport data. Rooms have been fashionable in design, but nonetheless very comfortable. Gorgeous view of the sunset over the harbor was surprising for a lodge immediately throughout the airport. We by no means once heard sounds of air visitors despite being directly adjacent to the airport.

The pop-up restaurant/bar was okay but, expensive so, we caught a Skybus into downtown Auckland for dinner which was much cheaper than a taxi. Service in the restaurant night meal wasn’t great, in any other case nice meal. Restaurant was solely average with restricted wines out there, tables quite close together and the meals of affordable quality.
